We begin by removing all loose soil in the carpet by using a powerful dry vacuum system then lightly spray a specialized cleaning solution onto the carpet. This solution is a mild cleaning solution which immediately penetrates each carpet fiber, and starts breaking up the dirt trapped within. We then go over the carpet with a floor buffer which has specially designed absorbent (bonnet) pads on the bottom. The buffer weighs over 100 pounds, so as it spins, it gently moves the carpet fiber every way possible.
We continue going over the carpet till it's clean.
Next, we vacuum again. The carpet will be totally dry in 1 or 2 hours after we finish the process. The carpet will be standing up like it did when it was new. It will look, feel, and smell clean and fresh.
Low moisture means that the carpet backing and pad stay dry, which prevents the buildup of mold, mildew, fungus and bacteria, reducing the chance of sick building syndrome.
Low Water Waste - Since our bonnet cleaning system doesn’t force flood your carpet, we use none of your water during the process. You save money because we don’t use your water.
According to Cleanfax.com The extraction method uses — and discharges — a lot of water. Some portable extractors release about 1 to 1.5 gallons of water per minute. In one hour as much as 90 gallons of water are used.
